Our patients have two options when requesting a prescription refill:

1. Call our office directly at: 919.870.6600 and speak with our nursing staff during regular business hours

or

2. Click here to request a prescription refill.  If you chose this option, one of our providers will review your medical history before determining if a prescription refill is appropriate.  Please note that your request doesn't guarantee you a refill.  For many cases, you will still need to be seen by your provider first.  For all requests, you must indicate the following:

    a. Your Name:

    b. Name of Prescription needed

    c. Provider who saw you for this condition (Dr. Echt, Kelly Blount, Holly Martin, Julie Dodge)

    d. Name and phone number of pharmacy

    e. Any changes to Insurance or address

*Please note:  All complete requests will receive a response within 24 hours if received Mon-Thurs.  Friday and weekend requests will be responded to on Mondays before closing.  Incomplete requests will NOT be processed.  Also, this service is NOT for medically related questions.
