Our patients have two options when requesting an appointment:

1. Call our office directly at: 919.870.6600 and speak with our staff during regular business hours

or

2. Click here to request an appointment directly from our nursing staff.  If you chose this option, you must indicate the following:

    a. Name

    b. Time: Quickest Available/Flexible

    c. Hour and Day of Week

    d. Provider (Dr. Echt, Kelly Blount, Holly Martin, Julie Dodge)

    e. Any changes to Insurance or address

*Please note:  All complete requests will receive a response within 24 hours if received Mon-Thurs.  Friday and weekend requests will be responded to on Mondays before closing.  Incomplete requests will NOT be processed.  Also, this service is NOT for medically related questions.
